Furniture Placement -
The center conversation areas (round tables and chairs) are to be removed. The couches, overstuffed chairs, cocktail tables and end tables are okay in their standard locations. The table in the center of the room needs to be moved closer to the ladies' restroom. Extra chairs should be placed along the walls in the hallway. The group will use the receptionist's desk for their registration.
The stage platform, podium, microphone and armed stand will be centered in the stained glass window alcove. System needs to be turned on in Sodexo office.
Middle O'Shaughnessy/Lobby doors should be left closed. Dividers (with blue cord) placed at west entrance/exit so students will not enter Lobby area.
